O’Selmo’s property is located at 102 Brickdam and Sandeman Place.According to court documents, the two properties are adjoining with the Plaintiff’s at the southern section.O’ Selmo, through Attorney-at-law, Arun Gajraj,Wholesale Jerseys China, claimed that the fence,Jerseys NFL Wholesale, in addition to encroaching on her land, has blocked air and sufficient light to her property.She is claiming in excess of $10M for trespass and nuisance from the hotel.According to the claim, the Plaintiff had been granted another order in 2005 against the previous owners, Bibi Singh and Sirpaul Singh (Sr) barring the construction of any fence between the two properties.However, Matos was accused of flouting that order and in late December constructed a concrete fence.
