The Regional Democratic Council (RDC) of Region Three (Essequibo Islands-West Demerara) is presently behind on their collection of rates and taxes.This is largely due to the fact that the collections of rates and taxes from the 14 different Neighbourhood Democratic Councils (NDCs) across the region are behind schedule.Regional Chairman, Julius Faerber, explained to this newspaper that enough taxes have not been collected yet for the RDC to go about all of the development activities it had planned for the region.Thus far, Faerber explained,Cheap Adidas NHL Jerseys, the RDC has been getting by, largely due to a subvention of some $3M, by the Ministry of Local Government.
